How to Order

Ordering from Big FG Co, Ltd is simple and straightforward. We work with wholesalers, importers, distributors, and food businesses around the world.

Steps to Place an Order:

  1. Contact Us Reach out to our sales team via email, WhatsApp, or the contact form on our website.
  2. Share Your Requirements Please provide details such as:
    • Product type and specifications
    • Quantity required
    • Destination port / country
    • Preferred delivery terms (FOB or CIF)
    • Target delivery date
  3. Receive Quotation Our team will prepare and send you a detailed quotation within 24–48 hours.
  4. Confirm Order Once you confirm the quotation, we will issue a Proforma Invoice and proceed with order processing.
  5. Production & Shipment After receiving your confirmation and deposit, we begin processing and arrange shipment according to the agreed schedule.

Payment Methods

We accept the following secure payment methods:

  • Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) – Bank wire transfer
  • Letter of Credit (L/C) – Irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight
  • Other methods – Available upon request for long-term partners

Payment Terms

  • New Customers: 30% deposit upon order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment.
  • Regular / Approved Customers: Flexible payment terms may be arranged (subject to credit approval).
  • All payments must be made in US Dollars (USD).
